Assignment Details:

• Contract position
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Term: July 27, 2026 June 4, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders for students across various grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress.
• Advise teachers and families on intervention strategies and facilitate team meetings as needed.
• Provide oversight and planning for speech-language services aligned with educational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association strongly preferred
• Valid G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction (required)
• Eligibility for licensure from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists may be considered
• School-based SLP experience appreciated, with an understanding of IEP processes and collaborative care
