Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred
• Current G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction required
• Eligible for or holding licensure from the NC Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
• School-based SLP experience is ideal

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and management of speech-language services within the school environment
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses for students presenting speech or language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Provide expert consultation and collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and professional standards
• Serve as a resource for communication disorders, offering guidance and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
