Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Hold current Maryland SLP licensure
- Clinical Competence Certification (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric settings, preferably within schools
- Comfort with teletherapy delivery models a plus
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Provide direct and/or virtual therapy sessions as needed
- Maintain detailed progress records for students, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
