Qualifications:

• Valid and current California SLP License required
• CCC-SLP preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
• Experience in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize each students progress
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy records, progress reports, and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed
• Adapt interventions to fit individual students educational and developmental needs
