Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in pediatric or school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize and document assessments and therapy progress

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address speech and language needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and communication with stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Stay current on best practices and regulatory policies within school-based therapy
