Job Description

We're seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, CCC required) for a full-time contract position in Pensacola, FL. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference to elementary students during the 2026-2027 academic year, with opportunities for both onsite collaboration and targeted student impact.

As a valued member of the district's team, your caseload will focus on working with approximately 45 elementary learners. The exact school assignments will be discussed as details are finalized. This contract spans from August 12, 2026, to May 25, 2027, offering you consistency and a chance to build strong connections within the school community.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, valid SLP license and CCC required
  • Experience or strong interest in providing speech-language services within a school setting
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educational teams
  • Positive communicator who builds trust and rapport with young students and their families
  • No IVP fingerprint card required

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
  • Maintain detailed records, monitor progress, and contribute to IEP development
  • Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in onsite meetings and maintain a presence within the assigned school(s)
  • Adapt strategies to meet the learning, behavioral, and communication needs of students
