Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience working in school settings is valued
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with each students needs and goals
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultative support to educators to facilitate classroom-based language development strategies
