Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CF)
  • Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated approach to working with students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in educational settings preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to work with students at all grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver in-person therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Implement therapy strategies tailored to each students unique needs
