Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design, implement, and modify individualized plans
- Familiarity with assessments, IEPs, and related documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Perform screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in required meetings
- Provide resources and support to teachers and parents to facilitate student success
