Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to design, implement, and modify individualized plans
• Familiarity with assessments, IEPs, and related documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in required meetings
• Provide resources and support to teachers and parents to facilitate student success
