Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving students and early learners in an engaging educational environment near Gresham, OR. This onsite role runs through June 17, 2026, with consistent Monday through Friday hours, 8:00 am to 3:30 pmideal for those who appreciate a structured workweek.
Youll support a diverse Kindergarten through 12th-grade caseload, with a primary focus on young children ages 3-5 in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE). Make a real difference by helping students build essential communication and language skills during their most formative years.
What were looking for:
- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon
- Prior experience working in a professional school setting
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, student-centered interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt services to a variety of ages and educational needs
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and compliance requirements
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all children served
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
