Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds from other environments are also welcome
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-time therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy sessionsboth individual and group
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Offer consultative support for faculty and staff regarding best practices in communication strategies
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing student progress evaluations
