Job Description

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds from other environments are also welcome
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-time therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy sessionsboth individual and group
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Offer consultative support for faculty and staff regarding best practices in communication strategies
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing student progress evaluations
