Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist serving elementary students. With a manageable caseload of approximately 45 elementary-age students, youll play a pivotal role in helping children develop vital communication skills.

What youll bring:

  • Current South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in providing pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering growth and supporting each students potential

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary school students onsite
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for comprehensive student support
  • Assess progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to aid students speech and language success

This contract role offers a consistent schedule with 35-40 hours per week, letting you devote focused time and energy to your caseload.
