Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP preparation and progress tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations, families, and team members
• Sound organizational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication skills to determine eligibility for school-based services
• Write and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
• Provide direct therapy to students individually and in groups
• Develop, participate in, and attend IEP meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and communications
• Consult with educators to support classroom integration of therapeutic goals
• Educate families on supportive strategies and progress updates
