Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Proven experience in school settings, including pediatric caseloads
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to conduct assessments and design effective therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state/federal guidelines
