Exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting student growth and communication in a school-based setting. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to make a real impact with middle and high school students. Clinical fellows who are ready to launch their school-based career are invited to apply, as well as experienced SLPs. The successful candidate will work with grades 612, conducting assessments and providing direct therapy to students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania is required
• Certification in SLP (CCC or clinical fellows)
• Prior experience working within Pennsylvania schools is highly preferred
• Comfortable serving grades 68 and 912, including high school students
• Strong ability to participate actively in the IEP (Individualized Education Program) process
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families to develop student goals
• Create and implement tailored therapy plans to address diverse student needs
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
