Bring your expertise and make a difference in the lives of students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist supporting school-aged children near Greenfield, CA. This contract position is a fantastic opportunity for SLPs interested in working in a collaborative school environment with a manageable caseload. You'll support approximately 45-50 students across a 5-day workweek, with your focus on providing impactful speech and language services within a dynamic team.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active California SLP License (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is desirable
- Familiarity with healthcare, school-based, and pediatric SLP best practices
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student needs and collaborating with educational staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Serve students across assigned campuses with an average caseload of 45-50
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and follow district protocols
