This contract position is a fantastic opportunity for SLPs interested in working in a collaborative school environment with a manageable caseload. You'll support approximately 45-50 students across a 5-day workweek, with your focus on providing impactful speech and language services within a dynamic team.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active California SLP License (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is desirable
• Familiarity with healthcare, school-based, and pediatric SLP best practices
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student needs and collaborating with educational staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Serve students across assigned campuses with an average caseload of 45-50
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and follow district protocols
