Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- Montana state SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfort working with students, families, and educators
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students per IEP guidelines
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop goals tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, write comprehensive reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate interventionsindividually and in small groups
