A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make an impact within K-12 school settings in Jackson County. This in-person position runs from ASAP through June 4, 2026, offering a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. You'll work directly with students in a supportive, collaborative environment, providing critical speech and language services to help every learner reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience in K-12 school settings highly desired
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds and abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related services personnel to support student IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Support students communication needs through both individual and group sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and provide professional insights
