Key Qualifications:

• Valid IL SSW License required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to active participation in IEP meetings and student progress planning

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in both 1:1 and group formats
• Complete comprehensive testing and assessments as part of the evaluation process
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to meet student needs
• Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, developing and implementing student goals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Engage with families and caregivers regarding student progress
