Job Description

Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your commitment to student success is what truly matters.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience in school-based therapy, pediatric populations, or teletherapy
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to each students progress

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Deliver individualized and/or group therapy sessions in person or via teletherapy platforms
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and update IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough records and progress notes in accordance with school requirements
  • Educate and empower families and staff to support students communication needs
  • Attend relevant meetings and participate in school multidisciplinary teams
