Job Description

What were looking for:
Qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with appropriate state licensure
Experience or interest in working with elementary-age children (K-5)
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, families, and support staff
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
Positive, adaptable, and organized professional demeanor
Passion for fostering student growth and confidence

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations for students
Developing and implementing individualized therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication goals
Collaborating with educators and families regarding student progress
Supporting students participation in classroom activities through targeted interventions
Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies
Contributing to IEP meetings as a trusted SLP resource
