Make a meaningful difference supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging school environment. This contract opportunity is in-person and runs through the remainder of the current school year, working with students in grades K-5. Youll collaborate closely with educators and families to foster each childs ability to communicate and succeed.

What were seeking:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Michigan
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Dedication to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive school setting
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver in-person therapy with evidence-based practices
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet student needs
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and district policies
