Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows may be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, including diverse learners
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and data collection methods

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on eligibility, goals, and accommodations
  • Assist with prevention, intervention, and outreach activities as needed
