Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, including diverse learners
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and data collection methods
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on eligibility, goals, and accommodations
- Assist with prevention, intervention, and outreach activities as needed
