Qualifications and Experience:
- Active MI SLP License is required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of speech language pathology practices for elementary-grade students

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services onsite to a diverse group of K-5 students
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to track student progress
- Document and report on evaluation results and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet varied student needs and learning styles
