Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Michigan
• Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred
• Comfort working with a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools and observations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Partner with teachers and other professionals to support students IEP goals in classroom and small-group settings
• Document progress, participation, and outcomes per school and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and professional development as needed
• Provide guidance and resources to families to support ongoing student growth
