- Active Michigan SLP license in good standing
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support in classroom and one-on-one settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development activities
- Educate teachers and families on strategies to support communication and language development
