Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in schools, especially elementary settings, preferred
• Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and best practices in educational SLP services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
• Manage a diverse caseload, including support for non-public school populations
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district policies
