Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Previous pediatric and school-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with IEP documentation and working in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Offer guidance and training to educational staff as needed on communication strategies
