Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required for strong Clinical Fellows
• Prior experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Solid grasp of IEP creation and implementation processes
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with communication challenges
• Develop and deliver therapy tailored to each childs individualized education plan (IEP)
• Document student progress, maintaining required compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families as needed
