What you bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience or a strong interest in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school environments
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educational teams, families, and caregivers
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to a diverse student caseload

What youll do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for students in a school setting
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, focused on a range of communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for each child
- Regularly monitor and report on student progress, updating goals as needed
