This part-time contract assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with school teams while providing speech-language services across two elementary sites. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based speech services preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of elementary students
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for PreK5th grade students across two neighboring elementary schools
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Engage with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and provide progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Address mild-to- moderate caseload overflow, coordinating efforts with existing full-time and part-time SLPs on-site
Position Details:
- Contract duration: August 18th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027
- Schedule: Three days per week, aligned with the school day (8:44 AM 3:40 PM)
