Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in school-based speech services preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of elementary students
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for PreK5th grade students across two neighboring elementary schools
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Engage with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and provide progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Address mild-to- moderate caseload overflow, coordinating efforts with existing full-time and part-time SLPs on-site

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: August 18th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027
  • Schedule: Three days per week, aligned with the school day (8:44 AM 3:40 PM)
