Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience in a school setting highly valued
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborative spirit for multidisciplinary teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and student planning sessions
  • Promote a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
