Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible SLP license for the state
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience (PreK-3rd preferred)
• Knowledgeable in IEP processes, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a small caseload with focus and compassion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to PreK3rd grade students, including a Head Start classroom, at a single school site
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely records and progress notes
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and contribute to eligibility decisions
• Participate in team meetings (admin time is offered) with flexibility for both direct and indirect hours
• Utilize provided training and resources, with dedicated therapy space on campus
• Attend virtual interviews (Zoom) with the opportunity for an immediate offer
