Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students by providing speech and language services for a respected public school district in the LA metropolitan area. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, youll collaborate with established special education teams and work across up to four schools (expect an average assignment of two). The district ensures your assigned schools will be within a one-hour or 20-mile drive, making this a manageable and convenient position for professionals throughout the region.

This assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and offers 40 hours per week with standard school hours of 7:30am4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Youll evaluate and serve a caseload of 5560 students, with all case management tasks handled by on-site staff, allowing you to focus on therapy delivery and assessments. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply, provided supervision is available and arranged prior to placement.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active California SLP License
  • Valid CTC document (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
  • Ability to work on-site only (no remote opportunities)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Clinical Fellow applicants welcomed if supervision is secured
