Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school environment
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with each students IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language capabilities
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, teachers, and school staff to support student progress
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning for student success
