Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Arizona state SLP license
- Possess an SLP Educator Certificate
- Present and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings, especially preschool or Child Find programs, is advantageous
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children, both in direct intervention and through assessments as part of Child Find initiatives
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for evaluations and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Adjust caseload management in alignment with school priorities, ensuring each childs needs are met
