Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist supporting diverse learners across two PreK-8th grade school sites near Glendale, AZ. As a crucial member of the educational team, you will collaborate with educators and families to deliver high-quality speech therapy services and conduct preschool evaluations, especially serving students with Autism. Your expertise and bilingual skills will help facilitate communication, growth, and social development for young learners, empowering them to reach their fullest potential.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Department of Education Certification
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- SLP-CCC credentials preferred
- Experience or interest in school-based settings, particularly with preschoolers and students with Autism
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in PreK-8th grade
- Deliver direct therapy services in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across two school locations
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development and implementation
- Foster positive relationships with students and families
- Support school staff with strategies and resources for student inclusion and success
