Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in educational settings
- Previous experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting is preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and provide creative, individualized support to students
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based intervention in individual or small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain detailed records and progress monitoring documentation for each student
