Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for, or current licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland
• Experience delivering services in a school setting, including IEP development and implementation
• Comfort with both onsite and remote therapy platforms as district needs evolve
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in interdisciplinary IEP teams
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to address communication, language, speech, and social-pragmatic needs
• Document student progress, maintain compliance records, and communicate updates with families and educators
• Consult with teachers and other staff to support generalization of skills in classrooms
• Contribute insight and strategies during IEP meetings, fostering student success
• Participate in ongoing professional development and district trainings
