Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in educational settings
• Previous experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting is preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and provide creative, individualized support to students

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based intervention in individual or small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed records and progress monitoring documentation for each student
