Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP license/eligibility in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowships (CFY) are welcome
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, and therapy planning
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Provide support and strategies to improve classroom communication and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal regulations
