Job Description

What youll bring:

  • Valid SLP licensure for Arizona
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders, preferably in school environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Ability to adapt assessment and intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing each students needs
  • Participate in the development of IEPs and attend relevant meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and counseling staff to support educational goals
  • Communicate progress and strategies to families, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
