Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a difference in educational settings. Three onsite SLPs are needed to provide comprehensive support for school-aged students and early intervention services in the Gettysburg, New Oxford, and York areas. These are contract positions with a focus on hands-on, in-person service deliveryno virtual placements at this time.

Available assignments include:

Role A: Two SLPs to serve the North Eastern School District, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am3:30 pm (35 hours weekly) from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Each SLP will manage a caseload of 5055 students across two elementary schools, delivering services to both regular education and autistic support populations. Case management responsibilities are included.

Role B: One SLP for Early Intervention, supporting children ages 35 with special education needs. This year-round position offers frequent school breaks and reserved paperwork time each week.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification
  • Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (must submit with resume)
  • Experience with school-based caseloads, including special needs and autism spectrum
  • Early intervention background preferred for Role B
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome; supervision fee to be paid by the hiring agency
  • SLPAs will not be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services onsite
  • Manage individual caseloads and deliver therapy across settings
  • Engage in case management and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain documentation
