Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid PA Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Current PA teaching certificate
  • Clinical Fellows considered (with $2000 supervision fee covered by agency)
  • SLP-CCC preferred; SLPAs are accepted
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
  • Conducting evaluations and developing evidence-based treatment plans
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations for classroom modifications or strategies
  • Educating staff and families on communication disorders and effective interventions
