Multiple openings are available across a range of grade levels, giving you the flexibility to select a caseload that matches your expertise and interests. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid PA Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current PA teaching certificate
- Clinical Fellows considered (with $2000 supervision fee covered by agency)
- SLP-CCC preferred; SLPAs are accepted
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
- Conducting evaluations and developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations for classroom modifications or strategies
- Educating staff and families on communication disorders and effective interventions
