We are seeking two onsite Speech-Language Pathologists to serve district-wide K-12 student populations. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enable positive outcomes across a range of needs, from elementary learners with regular education and autistic support needs, to secondary students requiring learning support, life skills assistance, and autistic support.
Youll have the opportunity to work with a variety of caseloads:
- Elementary Level: Serve a caseload of 5055, including both regular education and autistic support students. Some case management responsibilities included.
- Secondary Level (Middle/High School): Work primarily with learning support, life skills, and autistic support students. Minimal case management for a caseload of about 60, with several students receiving reduced service delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification (must be submitted with your resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively onsite at multiple locations within the district
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and maintain related documentation
- Collaborate with special and general educators, families, and other professionals
- Participate in case management and student support planning as assigned
This full-time contract position runs from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with 35 hours per week and consistent daytime hours in a supportive, collaborative environment.
