Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Proficiency in serving a range of student populations from elementary through high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt assessment and intervention techniques to meet varied student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, addressing a wide spectrum of speech-language needs
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and student records
• Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and team discussions to support student development
