Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience or a strong interest in working with children and adolescents
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Willingness to work onsite and adapt to the needs of a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students from PreK through 12th grade
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing informed recommendations and insights
  • Deliver both direct and indirect speech therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and district procedures
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to create supportive learning environments
