Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license in the state of Indiana

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work in-person or via virtual platforms (VOCO)
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple buildings effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, develop individualized education plans, and deliver direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school and district protocols
  • For one SLP: Serve an elementary building and a middle school building
  • For a second SLP: Provide services across two middle school buildings
  • Support a diverse caseload, adjusting interventions to meet the unique needs of elementary and middle school populations
