Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Compassionate, student-focused approach to therapy
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to best support each students communication needs
- Facilitate both individual and small-group interventions as appropriate
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
