Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Thorough understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet a variety of learning needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings
• Develop, implement, and document Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-based teams as an SLP expert
• Offer resources and support to teachers for effective integration of communication strategies in classrooms
