Key Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Experience or interest in working with K-12 students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver group and individual therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication goals
  • Consult regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking in compliance with district and state standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise regarding goals and student needs
