What were seeking:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license (or eligibility for temporary licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Team-oriented approach with a passion for supporting student success
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP requirements
- Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy when appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings and progress reviews
