Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Solid foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to connect and engage with students, educators, and families
• Strong organizational habits and adaptability in fast-paced educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
• Document sessions, maintain accurate progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student growth and generalization of skills
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in pediatric speech therapy
