Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation on therapy sessions, progress, and compliance
- Deliver services in individual, group, and consultative formats as needed by student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape student supports
