Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) in Alabama
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver direct and consultative therapy for students with varying needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students educational growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
