Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Kentucky licensure as an SLP (required)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent speech/language development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted therapy sessionsboth group and individualto achieve measurable progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to student progress reviews
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with district and state requirements
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
