This contract opportunity is perfect for a Michigan-licensed Speech Language Pathologist passionate about supporting childrens success. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs in a setting committed to excellence in student services.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan (CCC-SLP required)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations
- Comfort supporting diverse disability and behavioral presentations
- Ability to work independentlyno supervision is provided
- Strong communication and organization skills, adaptable approach
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with general and special education staff to integrate therapy goals
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEPs and district standards
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a positive, supportive environment to encourage student growth
