Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Speech Language Pathologist license for Maryland
- Previous experience in a school or high school setting is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes according to school guidelines
