Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification in speech-language pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations, including Pre-K, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate interventions
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop therapy plans for students from Pre-School through Grade 12
- Implement speech and language interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students academic and social-emotional success
- Maintain detailed documentation for IEP meetings and ongoing progress reports
- Participate in student support or staffing meetings as needed
- Offer direct and consultative services to help students achieve their communicative goals
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in pediatric speech-language pathology
